Spreading some festive cheer around Nocton village this afternoon . Delivering a little treat and handmade cards to the Care Home and also leaving two presents for a lucky person to find in our random acts of kindness. We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas

In maths we have been learning lots about 2D and 3D shapes in Class 1 recently. This morning we have had lots of fun decorating our own Christmas trees with 'shape baubles' and we have enjoyed discussing the properties of the different shapes with our friends. Don't they look fabulous!

Lots of fun was had playing with ice cubes and glitter ! We had to release items which had been frozen inside the cubes. Hours of fun and very sparkly hands!

Class 2 have had a fabulous day learning what life was like for children who had to be evacuated during WWII. We even had to take shelter to avoid an air raid before boarding our train this morning!

Lincolnshire applications for starting Reception Class in 2025 opened Friday 15th of November 2024. All parents of preschool age children born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021 will need to apply. Please identify your child's Early Years Provider on their application as this helps with the exchange of information after places have been allocated. Any parents who require support to complete an online application can apply by phoning 01522 782030. Please direct any questions about making an application to schooladmissions@lincolnshire.gov.uk
